仲良しご夫妻　初めてのモザイク

２月５日から２８日まで週２日、１日３時間の日程でMさんご夫妻がKoko mosaico のモザイク講習を受けられました。ご夫妻は神戸在住。私たちが京都の日本イタリア京都会館で行ったモザイク講演会にも参加されていらっしゃいました。今回ご参加いただいたのは、ラヴェンナの語学学校スクオーラ•パラッツォ•マルヴィージとの提携で開いている「イタリア語＋モザイク講習」というパック講習会で、午前中はイタリア語を勉強、週２回午後はモザイクの勉強、、という内容の濃い企画です。初日は語学学校の前で待ち合わせをして、工房にご案内。

ドイツ人講習生　アルミンのインタビュー
ドイツでは、陶器・石材・モザイクを扱った作品を制作しており、モザイクの技術をより深めるためにラヴェンナのkoko mosaico工房で講習を受けることに決めた。
この講習は、今まで知らなかった多くの素材の知識や様々な伝統技術を知る場となった。
この工房はパーフェクト。なぜなら、アリアンナとルーカは若いけれど優秀で経験も豊富だし、モザイクに大変な情熱を注いでいて、その情熱を伝達することで学習を容易なものにすることができるからだ。そして、彼らはとてもキュートな上、僕らにイタリアの甘い生活を教えてくれるんだ！
僕が６ヶ月 koko 工房でモザイクを勉強した上で言える事は、参加することをお勧めします、ということだね。

ゆきこさんのインタビュー
私が初めてビザンチンモザイクを見たのは、トルコに旅行した時でした。
その頃私は大学生で、主に建築・ランドスケープを勉強していました。
旅行後、トルコで魅了されたモザイクをもっと知りたい、ぜひ自分でもやってみたいという気持ちを持ち、世界的にビザンチンモザイクで有名なラヴェンナで勉強することを決めました。
ラヴェンナで知り合った友達に紹介されたのがkoko mosaicoで、訪ねて行くと、スタッフは皆さん打ち解けやすく親切だったので、ここで講習を受ける事にしました。
工房は、広々としていて作業がしやすい上に、モザイク制作に関する設備も充実しており、とにかくスタッフみんながアットフォームなので過ごしやすかったです。
指導はイタリア語はもちろんですが、日本語でも説明してもらえるので言葉の心配はなく、丁寧でとても分かりやすかったです。
まだまだ勉強が足りないので、できればこの工房でもっと経験を積んで、将来的には自分のモザイクをひとりででも制作できるようになりたいです。
